New Brief-Services Drop-In Schedule – Effective September 9

Effective Monday, September 9, there will be a new Brief Services Drop-In schedule at our Peterborough Office.

Brief Services Drop-in will be available between 9:30am and 12:00pm on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays.
There will be no drop-in services on Wednesdays.

Office Schedule – Peterborough

General Office Hours

During general office hours, you can:

• Drop off an item
• Pick up items
• Print or fax items
• Use our public computer and internet services (subject to availability)
• Book appointments and register for activities
• Get information on general programs, services and events

Brief Services (Drop-in)

During drop-in times, you can see the staff person on call for a 15-minutes meeting where  you can get help with quick questions. For example, you can get help to:

• Explain a bill
• Book a language assessment
• Look up an address
• Other quick questions

Appointments

Please book an appointment if you:

• Require services outside of the regular Brief Services Drop-In times
• Are meeting with a Caseworker regularly for an ongoing case
• Have larger questions which cannot be addressed within a 15-minute Brief Services Drop-In meeting
• Require service in Arabic Language

Please Note: Services at our Northumberland Office remain unchanged.
