Justine-Marie is a communications professional, writer, and multimedia artist originally from Jamaica, now based in Ontario. With a strong foundation in literary arts, (MA Public Texts, Trent University) her work is rooted in a deep commitment to storytelling as a vehicle for social transformation and cultural reclamation.

Bringing together creativity, critical thinking, and a passion for equity, Justine-Marie's practice spans written, visual, and multimedia formats. Her work thoughtfully explores the intersections of narrative, activism, and decolonial theory—leveraging communication as a tool to challenge dominant systems and uplift historically marginalized voices.

Through a lens that blends personal narrative with collective memory and social commentary, she creates content that not only informs but inspires. Whether through writing, public engagement, or digital storytelling, Justine-Marie is dedicated to fostering meaningful dialogue, amplifying underrepresented perspectives, and using the power of language and art to spark necessary change.
