French Conversation Group

Please Note: Due to the ongoing spread of COVID-19 (coronavirus) in Ontario, the New Canadians Centre will be suspending all group programs and activities until further notice. There will be no French Conversation Group beginning Friday, March 20 until further notice.

Learn the beauty of Canada’s second language in a warm and welcoming environment.

Join our weekly, drop-in French Conversation Group and practice your French speaking and listening skills.

Please note: this is not a beginner level class. Participants should have a basic level of French Language.

You can join this group at any time. These classes are offered to NCC clients, volunteers, and members for free. You can become a member by making a donation of any amount to the New Canadians Centre.

This group runs from September to June with a 2-week break in December/January (No sessions on December 27 and January 3).
