We’re celebrating what makes PTBO home!
Join us on July 1, 2020 for a day of virtual and at a distance activities and entertainment in celebration of Canada Day 2020!
Each year on July 1 the Multicultural Canada Day Festival brings our community together for a celebration of our country’s birthday and the multiculturalism that is core to our national identity. This year, we are bring you a suite of virtual programming for you to enjoy with your family at home.
This year’s programming include:
- The Family Morning to start your day off with family performances including singalongs, a puppet show, and cooking demonstrations
- The Multicultural Showcase featuring talented local artists and newcomers including Indian Classical Dance, Flamenco, Scottish Highland Dancing and more
- Canadian Citizenship Challenge
- Cheer for PTBO! from your porches, backwards, and the sidewalk
- Spot the Maple Mobiles around PTBO!
- Community Art Project – Make A Home Storybook
