Are you interested in joining a refugee support team? Please join our Refugee Support Orientation!
We are looking for volunteers who can help with social support, community orientation, help with groceries/shopping, English tutoring, French/Farsi/Pashto/Swahili/Arabic interpretation, driving, teaching people how to use the bus, neighbourhood walks, and general assistance depending on your interests.
Bring any friends and family who are interested in learning more about what we do at the NCC.
This orientation will cover the basics of our Refugee Support Program, the steps involved in joining a team, the latest updates about incoming families, and what volunteering could look like for you.
