Celis Garcia Lara

Celis Garcia Lara is originally from Venezuela and has called Canada home since 2017. Before moving to Canada, she built a career as a teacher, working closely with children and teenagers. Now retired from her teaching role, Celis continues to share her passion for education and care through her work as an Assistant Early Childhood Educator at the New Canadians Centre, a role she has held since 2022. She especially enjoys the opportunity to interact with young children, bringing warmth, patience, and joy to every moment she spends with them.
