Northumberland Women’s Group Gentle Yoga

Join the Women’s Group this month for a gentle yoga session led by Coach Emmanuelle Festas Keogh. The session will include simple, slow movements designed to help release tension, relax the body, and support overall well-being.
This yoga session is suitable for beginners, including those with no previous yoga experience.
Please wear loose, comfortable clothing and come ready to move at an easy, relaxed pace. After the session, will be enjoy some coffee and sweets while connecting with others.
