Fabiola Contreras Carrasco

Fabiola was born in Mexico, and she moved to Canada in 2015. She has a degree in Electronics Engineering with experience in software development, IT administration and IT project management.

In Canada, she is obtaining a certification in Human Services from the University of Toronto and a certification in Cybersecurity from the University of Ottawa. She had prior working experience with non-profit organizations.

Fabiola has been a facilitator and volunteer in the Women’s Group and other projects at the New Canadians Centre. She has also been part of the Board of Directors in the organization.

Fabiola loves to meet people from different cultures and support them in becoming Canadians.
She loves walking in nature with her family in her free time.
