Katelyn Rothenbush

Katelyn is a nonprofit leader with extensive experience, from grassroots organizations to international foundations. She brings a thoughtful, community-centred approach to fundraising and communications, shaped by her commitment to social inclusion and belonging. She holds an undergraduate degree in International Development and Cultural Change and a graduate degree in Philanthropy and Nonprofit Leadership from Carleton University.

Katelyn believes that a welcoming community where newcomers are valued and belong strengthens the whole community. As a lifelong resident of the Peterborough area, she is proud to be part of such a welcoming and generous place and looks forward to building on this at the NCC.

Outside of work, she enjoys reading, puzzling, and playing outside with her two active boys.
