Katina Deichsel

Katina Deichsel is a seasoned employment and career development specialist with over a decade of experience supporting job seekers across Canada. She has tailored more than 2,000 resumes and cover letters, trained over 30 cohorts in behavioural interviewing, and designed 1,000+ hours of employment-focused curriculum. Katina's coaching has empowered over 1,500 internationally educated professionals, youth clients, and displaced workers to navigate the Canadian job market with confidence, and her new obsession is how best to incorporate AI to help her clients work smarter, not harder! Katina has worked with multiple non-profit employment organizations across Ontario and British Columbia, and has presented webinars for TESL Ontario, including “Writing Rousing Resumes” and the “Career Boosts” series.

Outside of her professional work, Katina is a bookworm and loves any opportunity to bring her backpack to work or spend her days in the library.
