Building Youth Resilience Through Sports

Join Building Youth Resilience Through Sports, a free program for NCC clients ages 14–18.
This inclusive program welcomes girls and boys to stay active, build confidence, and strengthen teamwork and leadership skills through guided sports and group activities in a supportive environment.
Participants will have the chance to connect with peers, develop resilience both on and off the field, and enjoy free snacks with all equipment provided. No prior sports experience is needed.
