Join the Northumberland Women’s Group monthly activity on January 17! We will be doing a Chair Yoga session with coach Leslie Abram.
Chair yoga consists of a series of movements to stretch and strengthen the body. We will practice some supported balance poses and do a seated relaxation at the end of the class.
This Yoga Chair session will boost your mood and reduce stress and joint strain!
