Food Handler Training

A Food Handler Certificate is essential for anyone who prepares and serves food to the public.
The topics covered include:
- food safety legislation
- foodborne illness and safety hazards
- safe food handling processes and techniques, and
- food handler hygiene.
A certificate will be issued upon successful completion of the course. The exam is available in different languages.
