Learn to cook black beans and rice using Mexican terracotta cooking vessels with Diana Lopez Soto.
We will be using terracotta vessels to cook black beans. We will also cook Mexican rice in a terracotta cazerola (a shallower terracotta vessel)
All ingredients are provided and participants will be invited to eat together following the workshop.
Ingredients used: beans, rice, tomato, salt, garlic, onion, vegetable broth and white rice.
This workshop is vegetarian and vegan friendly.
