Christine Hayter, Citizenship Services Specialist from Service Canada, will deliver an Overview of Service Canada Programs & Services for Newcomers.
A representative from the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) will also be joining to provide information on CRA credits and benefits, and an overview of some of these programs:
- Canada Pension Plan
- Old Age Security and Guaranteed Income Supplement
- the new Canada Dental Care Plan
- Social Insurance Numbers
- Employment Insurance
- Apprenticeship Incentives
