Stretching Session (Northumberland)

Are you feeling tired or stressed? Give your body a stretch!
Join the Women’s Group this month to do a Stretching Session led by Coach Emmanuelle Festas-Keogh. During this session, Coach Emmanuelle will guide us through a series of gentle body stretches designed to help release tension and promote relaxation.
This stretching session is suitable for everyone, no matter your fitness level. All you need to do is wear loose and comfortable clothing and come ready to stretch.
Following the session, we invite you to join us for coffee and treats, a great opportunity to socialize.
