Rentals

The New Canadians Centre (NCC) and St. James United Church are pleased to announce that NCC has officially assumed ownership of the historic building at 221 Romaine Street, known as St. James United Church as of April 1, 2025.

NCC will manage rental opportunities for various spaces within the building, including the gym, Wesley Hall (a performance venue with a capacity of 350), and other meeting areas.

We will be announcing details regarding rental opportunities in the building in June 2025, including rental rates, details of spaces available, contact information, requirements, etc.

We will be working with the existing renters until the end of June.

If you are interested in renting a space in the building after June 2025, please send your rental inquiry to property@nccpeterborough.ca. We will collate the responses and follow up once the details regarding rental opportunities are finalised.
