Join us for an information session with The Help Centre to learn important information about renting and housing in Ontario. During this session, we will cover:

• Budgeting and planning for housing
• Identifying what landlords are looking for in a tenant
• How to improve your rental references and chances for getting the house you want
• Tenant rights and responsibilities
• Landlord rights and responsibilities
• Maintenance do’s & don’ts
• Communicating effectively with landlords, neighbours, and roommates

This session will be facilitated by Miri Lawrence, a Landlord Liaison at the Help Centre.
