Volunteer Reference Form

Thank you for providing a reference for a volunteer applicant to the New Canadians Centre.

As a volunteer, this individual would have contact with clients who may be vulnerable, be learning English or have special needs. Volunteers assist clients in a variety of ways which might include one-to-one tutoring, mentoring, support with social activities and integration, facilitating social and language conversation groups, reception and office duties. Volunteers also are required to work cooperatively with other staff and volunteers.
